It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our mobile and web apps. This Privacy Policy applies to the UWAView mobile app ("App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the app, if any. We have adopted this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain what information may be collected through the app, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through App and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.

This Privacy Policy sets forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our App. Depending on your activities when using App, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.

App Store and Analytics Data

App stores, such as the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, may collect aggregated, non-personally-identifying information on the App's users, including statistics about installations and uninstallations. UWA does not control or direct the collection of this information; please review your app store's privacy policy for further information.

The App may include analytics tools provided by Google, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics. We want to learn how you use the App so we can improve it in future updates, as well as gauge popularity of content to continue to provide you engaging augmented reality experiences. Data collected may include installation UUID, crash traces, session duration, app usage (including screen views, AR images recognized, app removal, app update, time of first launch), anonymized region/geographical information, device information (such as make, model, and OS version). The data is stored within the Google Firebase and/or Crashlytics system. Data is encrypted in transit. Neither your name, email address, nor any other personally identifiable information will be linked to analytics data. UWAView does not using the Apple IDFA or Android Ad ID.

Crashlytics is a crash-reporting tool that allows us to analyze errors occurring when using our apps. The purpose of such integration is to improve the stability and quality of our products. Please visit the Crashlytics Terms of Use and Fabric Privacy Policy for more information.

Google Analytics for Firebase is a statistical data capture and analysis tool that allows us to determine what devices users access UWAView with, the content the engage with, their region, and other anonymized data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy; COPPA

The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete their identifiable information, if any.
